On Friday 14th January, Sarah Dines MP met members of Darley Dale Town Council to discuss local issues.
Sarah Dines MP said, ‘It was great to meet some members of Darley Dale Town Council yesterday with County Councillor Sue Hobson. We discussed a large agenda of local issues, not least of which the A6 corridor and local planning issues and we will continue to work closely together in the weeks and months ahead. Engaging with the local community is such an important part of my job and something I greatly enjoy. I heard all about their plans for the Platinum Jubilee and I am delighted to hear that they are ensuring that our elderly members of the community are included in all parts of the celebrations.
Thank you County Councillor Sue Hobson, Councillors Oakley, Elliot and Farmer!’
